Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product must be damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
- A proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof, clearly showing the damage.
Return requests without valid video proof will not be accepted.
All return requests are subject to approval. Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, further instructions will be provided.
Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and unboxing video proof.

Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
We will process your refund or replacement within a reasonable time.
Refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Products that are not damaged
Products that have been used
Requests made without unboxing video proof
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
Important Note
We reserve the right to reject any return request if the above conditions are not met.
